"I bought a Whirlpool Dryer in November 2022. The timer stopped "turning" and the dryer would not heat. I contacted Whirlpool and the authorized Concho Valley Appliance to check it out. CVA's tech Melissa came out on 3/20/23 and quickly diagnosed the problem as the timer. Since it was warranty work she had to order the timer. She came back on 3/27/23 and quickly installed the new timer. She was very professional and pleasant. I was very satisfied."
