Mega Care Solutions was established in 1970 as S&P Air Conditioning in Odessa, Texas. Current owner Toby Franco, a lifelong Odessa resident, has been in the HVAC industry for over 40 years and acquired the company in 2004. All technicians are EPA-certified and work toward NATE certification.
