"My heater that was installed by B Carlson Heating 7 years ago decided to have problems, on a Saturday @1030 am, first time since having it installed. I called the company then two hours they sent Ben Dudley out to service the heater. Ben found the problem. The heater had some codes on the motherboard, the biggest problem was the heater was needing a good service, Ben service the heater got it running. He’s a super employee to have very friendly and fast and he took care of the problem. His professionalism is great a good team player."
