"My then current A/C service provider told me on a maintenance call that my A/C error message was caused insufficient airflow due to the deteriorated condition of my coils. Based on a friend’s recommendation I contacted Powell Heating & A/C for a second opinion on a replacement unit. In addition to offering a superior option not previously offered by the first company that came by he also indicated that my system did not look so bad that a new replacement was warranted at this time and offered to send their technician out. Bottom line is that instead of an easy 24K sale he could’ve made it was a much less painful $256 for inspection and repair and an additional $275 service contract. Honesty and expertise earned Powell a happy new customer."

I called another company first who sent a sales rep, when I asked for a tech and he had me very concerned that my a/c would need to be replaced.
