"WOW. I cannot say enough for how amazing Climate Pros service is. From my first call to installation. Julie got me my first appointment right way and Rick (sorry if that’s not correct)was amazing and knows his stuff. This heater is unsafe, let’s get you a new one!!! YES….Heather thank you for being able to get us set up 3 days early and not having to go another weekend without heat. Mike and Ricardo, thank you for the fun and laughs while you installed our New and Amazing heater. 10 Starts if I could. Thank you so much. "Climate Pros installed a new heat pump for us, replacing both our oil furnace and our air conditioner. I was very impressed with every encounter with them from the initial meeting to get an estimate for us to the follow up after installation. In a way, the crew reminded me of an Indy 500 pit crew. Certainly not that kind of speed, but each person on the crew seemed to know the part of the job that they were to take care of and the entire team worked well together and finishing the installation in one day."
