"My experience with this company began with a call out to do the usual maintenance my existing HVAC unit - specifically upon receiving one of their ads in the mail instead of going through Home Warranty - and I'm glad I did. The HVAC tech Derek along with Gaspar took pictures and video of a situation clearly showing me that previous maintenance was not being done. Worse, the technicians provided by the Home Warranty Company would tell my mom the HVAC was newer than it was (19 years old). Everything looked horrible up there, and it was clear the HVAC was compromising the entire system. Derek recommended a look at the plumbing situation too, and that got scheduled the next day. Danny came out the next day and found another critical situation - the water heater was rusted, the water softener was leaking and the sediment was in the toilets, and this was not in the worst stages but just beginning. Danny presented three options and based them around my needs - especially that I intended to stay in my home for the long term. Derek's HVAC field manager Thomas stopped by to discuss options on his side. It would be what I felt a major operation - HVAC replacement to a two stage down to new ducting. Replace the Water heater with a tankless system. Replace the Water Softener with a two-stage. Replace two toilets I supplied. Remove all old appliances/toilets/etc. They scheduled it the very next day. The installation day went smoothly. The HVAC Installation team included Rolando, Sigi, Jose, Chris, and Eliobardo. The plumbing installation team included Marco and another whose name I will update here. Everything was done - save the gas line for the tankless water heater. Inspections and the connection need to happen, but otherwise everything is working. This was Wednesday-Thursday-Friday this week. Throughout, I was in communication with Kari in their office, who reviewed my Home Warranty Contract, confirmed what they would do (deny everything), and worked on the finances side to help bundle everything together. Constant, immediate communication and wonderful customer service! An outstanding experience overall, and I am never going back to the Home Warranty nonsense I had to experience."
