"We had Nevada Residential Services install 3 new air conditioners about 3 years ago. They did a wonderful job with really great people They’ve been serviceing our system twice a year since then. I’ve been really impressed with the people they send out. They’ve gone beyond normal service numerous times. This time Charlie was our tech and I mentioned to him that I’d seen some water on the garage floor several times. He didn’t think it was our AC, but he proceeded to open the condensation areas and make sure there was not trace of water and then he checked the garage refrigerator and found a bunch of ice near the bottom of the freezer. Nobody asked him to check the freezer, but he did. And that’s just one example of why we will continue to use Nevada Residential Services. Oh, and when we call them, we keep getting a really friendly helpful girl who takes great care of us too. We’re really happy with them."

"Reached out to NRS today and asked if they had any openings for maintenance service and just my luck they did and already had a technician close to my area that could come out within an hour. My technician William came in and answered all my questions and performed all the required maintenance needed. At the end of the job he even recommended some things that could help keep the system running efficiently. I will definitely continue to keep doing business with NRS!!"

"My current “high end” A/C needed replacement after barely exceeding warranty limitations. Repair was not offered and a new A/C was recommended.The like for like replacement cost was exorbitant. I was referred to NRS by a current customer. I called and explained my situation to them. They offered to do an independent look and provide recommendations at no cost. The representative looked at my system and made recommendations based on the condition of the unit and an estimate for replacement with a comparable unit should I decide on replacement. I was given time to evaluate and make a decision. The estimate they provided had an excellent warranty both for manufacture and installation/ maintenance and included incentives that were totally unexpected. I opted to replace. The installation went very smoothly and I am pleased with the service I received and feel comfortable that the warranty and maintenance will continue at the same high quality."
