"My split system was not only due for replacement but it failed on us mid July 2024. King Cooling & Heating came out and installed an upgraded system. Also, who ever installed the old system in the attic space, did NOT mount it correctly. King took the liberty to fix it. Fast forward to today, King came out to take a look at it before mother nature turned it's oven on for Las Vegas. Everything checked out and now time to run it. Thank you King! Would recommend using this company."

"My old unit was making a rattling noise out of the blue. When I called they were able to get someone out later the same day. Luke arrived and I explained the situation. He climbed up on the roof and checked it out. Lucky for me there wasn't any obvious issues. Something hit the fan and caused the noise but it had stopped shortly after I called King. Luke was very polite and professional the whole way. He never tried to sell me extras and made sure I was set before leaving. I'll use King again in the future! Very good and honest company!"
