He was very efficient as usual and added a little seasonal cheer by gifting me with a small Xmas gift bag with a tiny stuffed Bulldog and a few Bulldog promotional products like pens and keychain flashlight. Also, since I am new to the heat pump world, he gave me a tip on where to buy the same filter at a cheaper price. Rob’s level of expertise and customer service skills are exemplary and are an asset to this company."
