When it was time to replace the furnace, we decided to add A/C. We knew of the company since the 90s in Pueblo and had never heard anything but positive things. Mark came out and spec'd out both. He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He did not try to upsell anything and had a no-pressure style we greatly appreciated. He even returned to ensure we had received what we expected. The install crew, Kory and Ezra, were extremely polite, professional, and treated us like family. They worked diligently and still took time to answer any questions throughout. The electricians, Colin and Justin, were also outstanding and ensured we understood where and how the hookups would be placed, giving us various options to our satisfaction while keeping in code. John, who cleaned our vent system, was courteous and efficient. He even cleaned our vent covers until they looked new. Everything, from the estimates and sales to the install and final review of our new system, was top-notch. It's sometimes overlooked, but having a quality company and people install is very important to a long-lasting, dependable HVAC system and we're very happy we called R Buck."
