"Needed a diagnostic verification for insurance company for the water heater. Josh was our tech and he was super cool! Our dog is a vigilant defender of our home, and has not yet failed us in reading people and intentions, and does a great job worth her ankle biting and managing the security around here. She did not bark even once at Josh and she has never met him before. We were amazed and grateful. Josh answered all my questions and he was never condescending and seemed to really understand what our needs and current limitations are.
