"Recently, my furnace stopped working, and I called The Furnace Guy. They came to my home the very same day to check it out, which I appreciated. It turned out that some parts needed to be ordered, and they went above and beyond by offering me space heaters at no charge while we waited for the parts to arrive — which only took about 24 hours! They returned promptly once the parts arrived and got my furnace running perfectly again. I’m very pleased with their service. The prices seemed fair (although I’ll admit I’m no expert when it comes to the price of furnace parts). Overall, I’m extremely happy with The Furnace Guy. They were professional, responsive, and friendly. I would absolutely recommend them to others and will definitely use them again in the future!"

"I can't say enough or give enough stars to Kevin and Evan from The Furnace Guy Heating and Cooling for their help and professionalism today. They came out short notice today a service call. While I didn't need the big expense of a new furnace during the holidays, it couldn't be avoided. They also called an electrician who stopped by to make sure my breaker box was ok. They ordered the furnace and scheduled the installation for this Friday to make sure I am not left freezing over the weekend. Also left a space heater. 20 🌟 if it would let me! Great job and great company!"
