He arrived within a couple of hours, inspected the furnace, responded with pictures, and was professional about the whole process. I am currently stationed in KY, and the renters said Carlos and Eduardo, from the time they came to install the new Furnace, were professional and respectful. "These guys were amazing. We called mid-afternoon on New Years Eve when our furnace stopped meeting the heat on the thermostat and wouldn’t stay on for more than a few minutes. Josh came out within a couple hours of us calling and spent an hour in the homes crawl space with me, testing everything and walking me through what was happening with the furnace and what our options were. Though obviously we were bummed to have to replace a furnace, they were back by the next morning at 8:30 or so - on New Years Day! - and started working. Riley and Anthony were awesome, getting stuff done, really friendly and professional. By 10:45 we had heat again. Will absolutely be recommending ATC to anyone I know that needs this type of work.
