"There are so many HVAC companies that I find it hard to choose one. I had heard of Russet SW for years, but never tried them until now. I'm glad I did! They installed my new AC and heater system and did it right on time, quickly, and professionally. Danny and Rene were both really good to work with. They obviously had a lot of experience because they knew exactly which wire and which pipe and which sensor went where. It was a bit of a complicated installation because of the cramped space available in my house. But they measured everything ahead of time and made it work. They also coordinated with the crane operator to deliver the new compressor to my roof and remove the old unit. Once it was up and running the system was blowing very cold air, stronger than my previous one did. And when we tested the heater it was good hot airflow as well. The guys worked hard but also had a fun sense of humor and were careful about cleaning up and respecting my property. I would definitely recommend them for other people who need A/C or heating service -- or a full new system installation!"
