"New 3 ton unit installed. Both Tony and Shaughn were fantastic. Even though they ran into minor issues they never stopped. Their attitudes were pleasant even though they had some frustrating wiring issues. They stayed until 11:30 PM the first day but were unsuccessful. They came back the next morning smiling and ready to go. In the end it was a faulty sensor that caused all the headaches. Everyone I dealt with was very pleasant.
