He did thorough testing and diagnostics, and communicated clearly when he located a problem, as well as what options we might have for dealing with it. We trusted his assessment and honesty, and will request that he come back to do the needed work. We felt the price was very fair for the value received."

"We were having cooling issues with our a/c. Our home warranty set us up with Ambient. We called for an appointment and Chandler was here by noon. After a full service check the evaporative coils had numerous leaks, the air handler was severely rusted and the condenser fan was dying. Since the whole system is obsolete I didn't want it patched. I asked Chandler about it new system. He worked up a price and and availability. Benny and his crew Were here the next morning and had everything installed about noon.
