We had Larry out to do a regular service; he was prompt, very kind and professional, and knowledgeable. Our system was nearing the end of its life, so he got us all set up for a full replacement. He gave us multiple options to choose from and made sure we had all the info we needed to make the best choice for us, and we were scheduled less than a week. Zack and Nick came to do the replacement, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. They were very respectful of our home, kept it clean and were very professional, helpful, and kind. The new system is so much quieter than our old one, and has a very handy thermostat that connects to our phones. They even handle taking away the old system too. I found Larson by looking for companies on Yelp and BBB. I was highly impressed with their ratings and the service we have received from them confirms it; it is clear they hold themselves to a very high standard. We have peace of mind knowing that if we need anything, Larson’s team will take good care of us."
