In order to accomplish this, it was necessary to dig a hole and build a stem wall for the new Trane 3ton system to rest on. In two days, the work was completed efficiently and professionally. TDK handled this for us from A to Z. Any and all issues outside of "normal" were handled for us without delay. Our rep, Daniel Moore, answered the phone every time I called. No listening to elevator music while waiting to speak to him. He also checked in during the installation to be sure all was going well. "It's nice to be thanked for your business. Last week, we opened a ticket with TDK for a problem with our air conditioning. The A/C unit was running, but the fan wasn't working. Although TDK had a full schedule, they managed to get a tech out to us that same afternoon. By the next morning, we had a new fan & motor and were back in business!
