"Our AC Unit stopped working the day before my wife surgery to have Cancer Removed. I called George Brazil after hours about our issue. They sent out technician Tristan the following morning. My confidence quickly dropped when I saw that he was making multiple guesses about why it wasn't working. 1st he thought wires weren't not making proper connection so he replaced it. Still didn’t come on. 2nd he thought maybe it was low on Freon. Still didn't turn on . Then he finally decided to check in our crawlspace. He opened the Safe T Switch and magically the AC unit turned on again. Then he said more than likely, our drain pipes for the AC unit were clogged so he cleaned them out. $1,600 later our AC unit went out again 4 days later. They sent him out again and his answer was it’s just humidity. You readjusted the safety switch. That night our AC unit kept shutting off for at least 40mins then turn on again. Luckily, I decided to check for myself where he was working and luckily I did what I found amazed me that he did not spot what I saw! The drain pan wasn’t even properly connected and it was full of water to the point where water was leaking out onto my garage ceiling. Air return duct wasn't even connected. He even said at one point that air was warmer on one end . I called George Brazil again this time, requesting a different technician and told them what I found. The following morning technician Max showed up. I showed him pictures of what i found. He was able to correct everything that was wrong. He even found my AC Drain pipes were still not draining properly. The drain pipe for the pan was completely clogged. Still not sure what the first technician cleaned out?! how did the first technician not spot that the drain pan was not angled properly? Max pigeon was awesome he fixed every issue we had in Just under 90 minutes. I just wish the first technician would check everything with the AC unit before throwing parts. George Brazil representative contacted me about my review. They offered a Refund over $700 which is fine with me. Paying $1,600 & issue took 3 Visits before being Resolved was a bit crazy. I'm glad they Reached out. Once again Technician Max is very Detailed & Awesome . Thank you George Brazil AC for reaching out."
