"From initial bid to completed project, I could not have asked for better service, responsiveness and results I received from Magic Touch. David Pascali was my primary contact, did the estimate and also completed the project of renovating the two fire features around our pool. David removed the old, rusted fire rings and replaced them with new, stainless-steel rings with jets, that improve ignition and provide a much better flame when lit. Every contact I had with the Magic Touch front office was enjoyable. The staff was friendly and responsive. I was contacted well in advance of our installation date to confirm the date. The front office kept me apprised of Dave's arrival and Dave also contacted me directly when he was a few minutes away from our home.
