"I rarely leave reviews but I am compelled to do so in this case. After calling two other local companies, who told me I needed a new system, I called Chino Heating and Cooling. They concurred with the other companies (that we should replace our old system). But the difference was that they first took the time to try to find replacement components for our old system first. I felt that they really tried all avenues in order to help us save money but when all else failed, they quoted a new system for a fair price without any hidden fees or unknowns. After agreeing to a price, Chino Heating and Cooling also took the time to send schedule a project manager to look at our installation site ahead of time to make sure that they had accounted for any contingencies before the installers were dispatched in order to avoid any problems or delays. The installers arrived as scheduled and replaced our entire system in one day (as promised). They were professional, pleasant and efficient. I have been very impressed with the team at Chino Heating and Cooling. The admin staff, the technical staff and the owner, Mark have been nothing less than a pleasure to work with.
